Accepted Payment Methods :
Credit and Debit Card: We accept common credit cards and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Wire Transfer/EFT: You can choose to pay by bank transfer or EFT. Your payment must be completed before your order can be processed.
Cash on Delivery: You can pay cash on delivery of your order (only available in certain regions).
As Eslinaromatherapy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In case you are not satisfied with your orders, we provide you with an easy and fast return process.
Return Conditions : You can return your products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
You can send your return requests to [email protected] e-mail address, specifying your order number and the details of the products you want to return.
Return Process
Return Request: After submitting your return request, our customer service team will contact you.
Sending the Product: Once your return request has been approved, send the product in its original packaging and enclose the invoice to the address we provide.
Return Authorization and Refund: Once the product has been received and checked for compliance with the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be processed in the same way as you paid.
Refund Period
Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 9-30 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Fees :
A fixed shipping fee is applied for all orders within Turkey.
We offer free shipping service for orders over a certain amount.
Delivery Time :
Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary between 3-5 business days, depending on the intensity of the shipping company and the remoteness of the delivery address.
International Shipping :
For the time being, we only offer delivery services within Turkey. However, we plan to offer international shipping services in the future.
Cargo Tracking :
After your order is shipped, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.
You can track the status of your order with the cargo tracking number on the cargo company’s website.
Delivery Problems :
If you notice damage to the product during delivery, please have the cargo officer prepare a damage report and contact us before receiving the product.
In case of missing or incorrect items in your order, please contact our customer service team.
Address Changes :
Before your order is shipped, you can contact our customer service team if you want to change your delivery address.

Aromatherapy Candles :
First Use: When lighting your candle for the first time, let it burn until the entire surface is melted. This will help your candle burn evenly each time you use it.
Wick Care: Trim the wick to 5 mm before each use. This is important for a cleaner burn and to prevent soot build-up.
Safe Burning: Keep your candle away from flammable materials and do not leave it unattended while burning. Ensure adequate ventilation before extinguishing the candle.
Aromatherapy Oils and Diffusers
Correct Storage: Store your oils in a cool and dark place. Protect from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Diffuser Use: Use your diffuser according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Clean the water reservoir after each use and wipe with a dry cloth.
